Refund policy

At Diablo Sugar Free, all our products are food items. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept customer-initiated returns of food products unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Food products cannot be returned for inspection or resale once they leave our warehouse.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at SUK@Diablosugarfree.com with photos. If confirmed, we will issue a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

Returned-to-sender packages (RTS):

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, uncollected, refused at customs, or due to an incorrect address, we will contact you when the parcel arrives back at our warehouse.

You may choose one of the following:

1. Pay the shipping cost again to have the order resent, or

2. Receive store credit equal to the product value only.

Shipping fees, customs charges, and duties are not refundable or credited. Refunds to the original payment method are not issued under any circumstances.

EU 14-day cooling off period:

Food and perishable goods are exempt from EU cooling-off rights. EU customers cannot return food items unless defective or incorrect.

Store credit:

Store credit is issued once the returned parcel (if applicable) is received and inspected by our warehouse. Store credit covers product value only and excludes shipping fees, customs charges, and duties.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. Customers may place a new order using store credit when eligible.
