User Conduct & Content

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which RIYO USA LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in class actions to the extent permitted by law.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Diablo USA regarding the use of the Sites.
