Order Processing

All orders placed through RIYO USA LLC / Diablo USA (“Diablo USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are subject to processing time prior to shipment.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local business time) may begin processing the following business day

Processing time is separate from shipping time and is included in the estimated delivery date shown at checkout.


Shipping Days

Orders are shipped on business days only. Shipping schedules may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: Ships Monday through Friday

  • Expedited Shipping: Ships Monday through Friday (cutoff times apply)

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders using USPS, FedEx, or other reputable national carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

A valid street address is required for delivery.

🚫 We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or POB addresses.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated arrival dates are displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after processing

  • Delivery time varies based on destination

Second Business Day Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after processing

  • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM to begin processing the same business day

Next Business Day Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after processing

  • Most orders placed before 12:00 PM will ship the same business day

Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

  • Package size and weight

  • Order total

Any free shipping offers, promotions, or thresholds will be clearly displayed at checkout and may exclude certain products or promotions.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the continental United States.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be available for select products and shipping methods and may include:

  • Limited delivery options

  • Additional surcharges

  • Extended delivery times

Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High order volumes

  • Remote delivery locations

Once a shipment has been handed off to the carrier, Diablo USA is not responsible for carrier-related delivery delays.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Please do not refuse deliveries. If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can assist.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine eligibility for replacement or refund.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
